PCA School Store Refund, Replacement, and Exchange Policy

At PCA School Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund, replacement, and exchange policy within 15 days of item delivery.

Replacements

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Process: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please submit a photo of item and request with your order number to support@thesouthernnoble.com. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
  • Replacement Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we are happy to help.

    • One size up or down: Exchanges for the same item in one size up or down (e.g., Youth Medium to Youth Large) we will cover the return shipping. All eligible exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    • Significant size differences: Exchanges for a size change that is more than one size difference (e.g., Child Medium to Adult Medium) will require the customer to pay return and reshipment shipping costs\ and All eligible returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Process: To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please submit a request with your order number to support@thesouthernnoble.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, shipping label and process the exchange.
  • Exchange Shipping: Customer will cover the shipping costs for the exchange shipping due to a size difference greater than 1 size. 

Refunds

All eligible returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount and applies to cover processing, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Exceptions:

  • The restocking fee does not apply to items returned due to defects or errors in the order on our part.

  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items remain non-refundable.

All other conditions of our existing return policy remain in effect, including the requirement that items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 15 days of purchase.

  • Process: To initiate a refund, please submit a request with your order number to support@thesouthernnoble.com. We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We will deduct the cost of return shipping in your refund.
